Its about time that someone is thinking, I have owned Rotts, GSDs and Dobermans, and none bite, I have friends who have little 7lbs dogs that have bitten alot and a mail carrier maced! Not that I want anyone to lose a pet, but blaming the large dogs, that have had training, and the owners do have
control over.is really dumb! Also go after the owners, they are the ones that own and should train their pets or kennel dogs which ever to case.
